- The Weekly Cashback promotion runs every week between Monday 00:01 AM (UTC) and Sunday 11:59 PM (UTC).
- To be eligible for the Weekly Cashback promotion players:
- must have made at least one successful deposit during the promotional period, also referred to as a weekly deposit.
- must have a positive net loss during the promotional period, also referred to as a weekly net loss.
- must have a minimum VIP level of Bronze.
- The net loss is determined using the formula Net Loss = Total Bets - Total Wins - Total Bonus, where:
- Bets placed using Bonus Spins are not included in the Total Bets calculation.
- Bets placed on Jackpot games are not included in the Total Bets calculation.
- Bonuses obtained from Bonus Spins are included in the Total Bonuses calculation.
- The minimum bonus amount is £1.
- The maximum bonus amount is £5000.
- The wagering requirement on the bonus amount is 1 (one) time. For example, if a player received a £60 bonus the minimum wager to cash out is £60.
- The Weekly Cashback bonus is calculated as a percentage of the player's weekly net loss. However, if the net loss exceeds the amount of the weekly deposits, the bonus is calculated as a percentage of the deposits, instead.
- The Weekly Cashback bonus cannot exceed the amount of the weekly deposits.
- The Weekly Cashback bonus is calculated as a different percentage for each VIP level up to a certain amount as described in the table below:

Example: A Diamond player with a weekly net loss of £4000 and weekly deposits of £3000 will get a £600 cashback bonus.
A Diamond player with a weekly net loss of £3000 and weekly deposits of £0 will not get any cashback bonus.
A Diamond player with a weekly net loss of £0 and weekly deposits of £3000 will not get any cashback bonus.
- The Weekly Cashback bonus is paid out on Mondays after the promotional period.
Players who benefit from this promotion (and any other bonus promotions offered by BetCrown) have the right to withdraw at any time (even before the completion of the wagering requirements):
- their deposited amount, or;
- the rest of their deposited amount, or;
- the winnings achieved with their deposited amount.
- By participating in the Weekly Cashback promotion each player accepts the offer together with BetCrown's General Bonus T&Cs and User Agreement.
