Free bet details:

• The Free Bet must be placed at minimum odds of 1/1 (2.0).
• The Free Bet expires 5 days after being credited.
• The Free Bet cannot be used on: Each-Way (EW) bets, Starting Price (SP) bets and Virtual Sports
• If the Free Bet wins, only the winnings will be credited. The Free Bet stake will not be returned.
• The maximum win from the Free Bet is £100. Any winnings exceeding £100 will be forfeited.

How to claim:

• The promo code CROWN10 should be used during your first deposit. Please ensure you manually enter it in the designated Cashier field.
• Access the "Gift" icon on the top right of the screen and check “New Offers". The promotion will also appear as “Sleeping” in the sportsbook interface.
• After a successful deposit, place a qualifying bet. Before confirming your bet, ensure the “Qualify for bonus” toggle in the betslip is turned on.
• Once the qualifying bet is placed, the Free Bet will appear in the sportsbook interface as “Active” and available in your betslip.
• If the Free Bet does not appear in your account after the qualifying bet has settled, please contact us before placing any further bets so we can resolve the issue.
• The Free Bet and qualifying bet stakes cannot be cashed out. Only winnings from them can be cashed out.
• If the qualifying bet is voided, the Free Bet will also be voided.
• If a player initiates a withdrawal while one or more bonuses are active, all active bonuses will be automatically revoked and removed from the Player’s balance.
• Once a promotion has been claimed, it cannot be cancelled.
• The promotion can be claimed once per player and is limited to one per IP address, device, and household.

Player’s rights:

• The promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion/s unless otherwise stated.
• Players who benefit from this promotion (and any other promotions offered by BetCrown) have the right to withdraw at any time:
  • their deposited amount, or;
  • the rest of their deposited amount, or;
